Fiona Cairns Ltd have been making cakes for more than 30 years, with clients such as Harrods, Selfridges, Fortnum and Mason and most notably, creating the cake for TRH Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in 2011.

Delicate piping and exquisite sugar flowers that match your bouquet are the main areas of specialism, as well as the ability to recreate the lace detailing of your dress on the cake itself. The style can be traditional, contemporary, monochrome or bright and fresh. You could even decide on a collection of smaller cakes, each in a different but complementary design, or a “Naked” cake with fresh fruits and crystallised flowers.

Régis Camus, Piper-Heidsieck winemaker since 1994, is the architect of the House’s wines renewal. Grandson to a farmer of the Thiérarche, in north-eastern France, Régis Camus, is the man in the shadows, shaping the Piper-Heidsieck champagnes since he first arrived at the House. Following studies in biology and biochemistry, he trained as a winemaker in Reims and began his career in a Champagne cooperative before joining Piper-Heidsieck at the request of Daniel Thibault. Inherently attached to the region and the vineyards, he is responsible for ensuring supply of grapes.

In 2012 and 2013 she won The Wedding Industry Awards 'National Best Wedding Cake Designer of The Year' and in 2013 her first book, 'Wedding Cakes' by Rosalind Miller, a guide to beautiful cake design, was published. As well as designing cakes, Rosalind also teaches Masterclasses in cake design and baking from her purpose-built studio in London.
