Whatever tentative plans you had made for the weekend of the 29th and 30th March, scratch them – for the wedding extravaganza that is the Quintessentially Weddings Atelier is making a return. Oh yes. This means dreamy dresses, out-of-this-world floristry, delectable cakes and much more, just around the corner. A must-go for any bride-to-be (and grooms too, with the addition of a new sartorial groom’s section led by red-carpet favourite Spencer Hart) who is a connoisseur of stylish, lovely and sophisticated things.

What’s more, this spring’s instalment promises to be even more extraordinary than its predecessor in October of last year. With megawatt designers, enthralling talent and inspiring exhibitors coming together at the illustrious setting of Somerset House (home of London Fashion Week), lucky attendees can expect to be wowed by the biggest names from Vivienne Westwood to Chanel Beauty, and discover real hidden gems through a variety of innovative pop-ups, make-overs and expert personalised consultations.

The designer line-up includes Browns Bride and Vera Wang at Browns Bride, Vivienne Westwood, Phillipa Lepley, Nicki Macfarlane and Christian Louboutin, with Agent Provocateur hosting a boudoir of sweet nothings in a secret salon. Creating a floral fantasy world will be Rob Van Helden, Shane Connolly and Juliet Glaves of Thoughtful Flowers (the genius behind the gold wonderland entrance of the debut Atelier), whilst delicious cake comes from royal wedding cake maker Fiona Cairns who also makes a return. Other names to feature are stationers meets artists Cutture, Prantl and master calligrapher Paul Antonio, The Filming Business and Magnolia Images cinematography, award winning photographer Keith Appleby, society snapper Hugo Burnand, fine jewellery expert and gemologist Danielle Harper, Quintessentially Travel and furnishing and styling house Farley, behind almost every chic settee you see on Downton Abbey and the set of Coco Avant Chanel.

But that’s not all – there will be live style presentations from Browns Bride, personal wedding style sessions with the creative and planning teams at Quintessentially Weddings, exquisite catering from Urban Caprice and The Connaught serving up the signature Atelier cocktail made using Quintessentially Vodka.
