Are you launching anything exclusive at the Atelier that hasn’t previously been seen before?
We will be showing our new 2015 collection …
Where do you find your creative inspiration?
Anywhere and Everywhere. I love fabrics and fashion as well as architecture and interior design.
What makes your brand unique and stand out compared to others in the wedding industry?
I would like to think we have our own style which is both elegant, stunning yet slightly understated, our tiers are also one of very few that are 4 layers of sponge, which not only looks far better than 3 layers of sponge when cut – it makes each tier nearly 5.5” tall – which really does help create that ‘wow’ factor.
Why do you think the Quintessentially Weddings Atelier is so special?
The brand is all about luxury, and craftsmanship. You will not find a single person that is not unashamedly and ridiculously passionate about their product.
What can the lovely brides and grooms attending the Atelier expect from you this year?
Wonderful designs to look at, our portfolios to browse through, (the good old fashioned kind) and fabulous cake samples to taste. I will be there to answer any questions brides may have.
If you could give your brides any piece of advice what would it be?
Make sure that your cake gets eaten. If you are spending a lot of money on your cake then why see it go to waste? Whether you choose to serve it as dessert, you leave at least a two hour gap between the end of dessert and serving the cake or box it and serve as favours (for those 2am munchies!), quite frankly ours is too good to waste!
